Memorial Weekend:
Kyle is still in the process of learning the new masterbilt car, and he has not raced as much as he would have liked due to farming, but is looking forward to a busier race schedule.
Doniphan (May 25, 2007) – This was the season opener for the NCRA series.  The Kyle Berck Motorsport’s team was excited to hit the race track and see what they could do.  The “Ice Man” Delbert Smith started the 22 car 30 lap feature and held that position all the way to the end.  Kyle was starting to come through the field as the 10 to go mark approached, but ran out of time and he finished with a 6th place.

Greenwood (May 27, 2007)
The popular Alphabet soup race was a very exciting race.  The feature was a jammed packed event with a record 32 cars making the field.  It also had its share of controversy.  On the drop of the green there were some great battles on the track including the battles between Kyle, Joe Kosiski, and John Anderson.  Al Purkey took the win and went into the record books as the winningest driver in NCRA Late Model history.  Kyle brought home a 5th place finish.

Modified (May 27, 2007)
Kyle once again drove the modified for car owner Neil Zank and the night was very successful.  He ran second in his qualifying heat, giving us a third row position in the feature.  Kyle would quickly take the point on lap 2 and held it to the checkered flag.  Although he led almost every lap there were some strong attempts to take the lead position away from him by Jason Friesen and Johnny Saathoff.  But their attempts would fail and Kyle made his way to victory lane.  Kyle would especially like to thank the efforts of Ron Dake and the crew for their time and dedication.  They had a perfect setup for the feature.  Check out the open wheel page for future races that he will run the modified.

Coming:
