Late Model - June 18, 2010 - Butler County Motor complex, Rising City, NE
This Friday night the team was competing at Rising City in the SLMR series. Kyle would be driving his Lazer Chassis, Wegner Ford car. He started on the outside pole of his heat race and took a dominating lead until about half way when he pulled up high with both right side tires flat after running over some debris on the track. Unfortunately, the car count was low and there was no B feature so Kyle would have to start tail end of the 25 lap A feature, ninth row inside. The track lost most of the moisture that it had earlier in the night, making passing tough. Kyle would come from his 17th starting spot to finish 5th!!!
Modified - June 18, 2010 - Butler County Motor complex, Rising City, NE
Kyle would also be driving the Neil Zank owned 33Z Razor modified. Kyle would start in the back of his heat and would take the lead on the first lap. He would go on to win the heat race. He would have to start midpack in the feature because of being a first time car in their weekly racing program. Unfortunately, Kyle would not get very far into the feature because of losing a driving shaft on the second lap.
Late Model - June 19, 2010 Junction Motor Speedway, McCool , NE
Tonight the team was at McCool competing in the NCRA series with drivers like Kelly Boen, Mike Wiarda, and Joe Kosiski. He would start second row outside of his heat and quickly take the lead and win the heat. Kyle would have the most passing points and start the 30 lap A feature on the pole. On the drop of the green he took a dominating lead over the field, but would have engines problems that would end the night for the KBMR team. He would take a 20th place finish.

This week the KBMR team will be at the Columbus car show in the Duster's restaurant parking lot. Its starts at 6pm-9ish. Free root beer floats!!! The team will not be back into racing action until the fourth of July weekend. On July 1st the team will be at Oskaloosa, IA with the MARS series. On July 2nd the team will be at I-80 Speedway at Greenwood, NE with the MARS & MLRA series. And rounding out the weekend on July 3rd the team will be at Corning, IA competing again in the MARS & MLRA series.
