Kyle Berck invades Iowa for SLMR doubleheader
Kyle Berck was among 32 competitors at Marshalltown Speedway on Friday as the Malvern Bank East and West Series squared off in the eighth annual Dale DeFrance Memorial.
The weekend began on a tough note in the $4,544-to-win opener, with Berck credited with a 24th-place finish after the rain-shortened feature. Misfortune carried into Saturday’s Ray Houck Late Model Showdown at Adams County Speedway, where the Nebraska veteran ultimately scratched from the main event.
